WNS Series 100 HP Boiler Introduction
The WNS series fully automatic gas fired 100 hp boiler is a high-performance horizontal internal combustion boiler that utilizes advanced gas combustion technology. It is designed with a three-pass wetback structure, optimizing the heat exchange between the flue gas and the heating medium through the corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes, maximizing thermal efficiency. After the fuel is atomized by the burner, the resulting flame fills the entire corrugated furnace, and radiation heat is transferred through the furnace walls. This constitutes the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion converges in the rear combustion chamber and then enters the second pass, which is the area of the threaded smoke tubes. After convective heat transfer, the temperature of the flue gas gradually decreases until it reaches the front smoke box. It then turns and enters the third pass, which is the area of the radiant tubes. Subsequently, the flue gas passes through the rear smoke box, enters the condensing economizer and chimney, and is finally discharged into the atmosphere.
